Terms of Service

1. Services

HMD Global Consulting, LLC is based in Monmouth County, NJ And provides professional consulting and academic tutoring services. By engaging in HMD Global Consulting, LLC’s services, you agree to the terms set forth herein.

2. Scheduling & Cancellations

All inquiries are managed via Squarespace. Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a forfeiture of the session fee as applicable.

3. Payments

Services are designed as Time & Material. Payments for rendered services are processed securely through a variety of means, convenient to you. You agree to pay the fees associated with the selected service at the time of booking or as otherwise invoiced.

4. Professional Relationship

Consulting and academic advice are for educational purposes and do not guarantee specific financial or academic results. By engaging with HMD Global Consulting, LLC you agree to hold harmless the firm. We may terminate the business relationship at any point, at which time any Time & Material charges will be invoiced for immediate payment.

We will maintain confidentiality of all proprietary client information shared during the course of the engagement.

All templates, dashboards, and educational materials provided remain the intellectual property of HMD Global Consulting, LLC unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
